Gnocchi

The gnocchi is very famous in the Italian cuisine, but now Duduxo has found a way to make the dish very Brazilian. We take the potato out of the recipe and put in place the Brazilian most favorite root: Cassava… Duduxo has created a lighter, healthier, nutritious and tastier product…and the most important: Gluten-Free!!

Ingredients:

Cassava, water, vegetable oil, cassava starch flour, dehydrated whole egg and salt.

GLUTEN FREE.

LACTO FREE.

 

Prepararion:

  • Place in boiling water for about 3 minutes.
  • When the gnocchi climb to surface remove the water and put sauce to your choice.
