Ingredients:

Cassava starch flour, water, acidulate citric acid and preservative potassium sorbate.

THE BRAZILIAN TAPIOCA PANCAKE

  • Add 04 tablespoons (2,2 oz) of tapioca in a medium frying pan and spread with the spoon. Don´t use oil or water.
  • Cook over low heat for 2 minutes until it takes the shape of a pancake.

  • Add the filling of your choice, fold it in half or like a burrito.

THE DUDUXO´S CREPIOCA

  • Follow the same stapes of the brazilian pancake, but before spread in the the frying pan, add two eggs to the tapioca and mix well with a fork. With you´d like, add some grated cheese.
